I am currently working on an English blog assignment, and I was assigned to try and contact an Op-Ed writer, which is obviously you. In an earlier post on my blog, I had to analyze one of your articles (You Probably Need a Raise: http://www.alternet.org/economy/147094/you_probably_need_a_raise/?page=entire) and basically break down your article to find a concession and your main support points. Then, I had to agree or disagree with your point of view and explain why I agree or disagree. The assignment which I am doing requires that I ask you about some related issues to the topic discussed in your article. I would personally like to know what you think needs to be done to get the American economy back in a prosperous state with low unemployment. What are your thoughts on universal health care? Do you believe that the welfare system is working adequately, or do you think it should be altered or even gone? Upon closing, I would like to know what other articles you've written that you would recommend to read. Thank You.
